About the role

You will become an important and valuable part of a motivated team. In the role of Electrician, you will work broadly with the daily operations of our services together with your colleagues. The tasks include planning and performing maintenance, repairs, assembly, and installations in both office and industrial environments.

You will make decisions and carry out supervision, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the customer's electrical systems within the framework of our commitment. The tasks also include troubleshooting and analyzing problems within electrical systems as well as identifying deficiencies in the labeling of technical systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the property's electrical system meets current functional requirements. We see it as natural that you continuously work on improvements and some documentation, as well as participate in and carry out various projects for the customer.

The position is full-time and includes on-call duty. It is a permanent position that starts with a 6-month probationary period.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with an electrical engineering education and a few years of experience in the industry. You need to have good theoretical and practical knowledge of technical installations in properties, preferably industrial properties, as well as knowledge of electrical documentation, and you should be comfortable in a production environment. You need to have an ECY certificate, and it is advantageous to have ESA, Hot Work, Lift and Forklift certificates, Safe Lifting, Working at Heights, Mobile Work Platforms, as well as Facility Manager Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, and Gas Leak Systems are also advantageous. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

You have a broad general technical foundation and a curiosity and commitment that makes you eager to work broadly with other tasks within property operations on site. You have a humble and unpretentious approach to tackling the tasks of the workday.

You are a person who takes great responsibility for your work and is driven to perform various tasks in a professional manner with high quality. Furthermore, you are meticulous and methodical in your execution. You also have a good understanding of the impact that technical systems have on operations and the ability to analyze and explain relationships. You can prioritize and are willing to make your own decisions in critical situations. You are flexible and enjoy switching between different tasks. Your communication skills, which you adapt to the situation and individual, are very good. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have basic IT skills - e.g., Microsoft Office and case management systems.
